SanibelSusan LLC is an independently-owned real estate company formed in 2002. It does business as and was registered under the fictitious name, SanibelSusan Realty Associates, in 2004. Operations are at 2242 Periwinkle Way, Suite 3 at Sanibel Square, Sanibel Island, Florida. Formed to provide team-oriented full-range real estate services to clients on Sanibel and Captiva, in addition to residential real estate sales, SanibelSusan Realty assists clients relocating and in finding vacation rentals on the islands.
SanibelSusan Realty Associates is a member of The Sanibel & Captiva Islands Association of REALTORS® and its Multiple Listing Service. As a secondary member of The REALTOR® Association of Greater Fort Myers and The Beaches, SanibelSusan Realty listings are further promoted to REALTORS® in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Estero, Bonita Springs, Naples and Marco Island through participation in the Florida Gulf Coast Multiple Listing Service. Then, when SanibelSusan LLC formed in 2002, a second assistant, Elise Carnes, was hired. In 2004, they moved to their current location in Sanibel Square. The team is diverse and flexible. Elise, whose real estate career began in 1997, is the Listing Coordinator and office Notary, while David is the Closing Coordinator, Office Manager, and general computer guru. Lisa Murty, Realtor Sales-Associate, joined the team in 2007.
